Yes, of course! We already have a growing family of Delicate Elegance stockists in the United States, the United Kingdom and Sweden, as well as in Australia. Wherever you are in the world, get in touch: we’d love to expand to new towns, cities, countries and continents! Delicate Elegance is a wholesale supplier of christening wear, so we don’t sell items on an individual basis. However, if you are interested in purchasing one of our designs, we have a list of all of our stockists here so you can find the perfect outfit for your baby in a retailer near you.
If you’re interested in stocking Delicate Elegance designs in your store, please go to our Become a trade customer page and contact us. Once we’ve assessed your application to become a Delicate Elegance reseller, we’ll send you all of our pricing information through by email. This includes the price per piece, recommended retail prices and any special offers or discounts we have on.
We have a minimum first order between AUD $6,000- $10,000 based on your location, which equates to approximately 40 garments. This minimum is in place to ensure that your order will be viable and cost-effective for your store. However, we consider each application to become a Delicate Elegance reseller individually, taking into consideration your location, your business and your intentions for our brand, so this minimum can be flexible under certain circumstances. We want to ensure that you will able to represent the Delicate Elegance and My Boy brands successfully so that we can form a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership. We consider the selection of new stockists to be of the utmost importance as we need to protect and support our existing network of resellers.

Our christening wear collections have been successfully selling in specialist stores since 1990, and our sizing has been proven through decades of satisfied customers.
We accept wire transfers or funds transfers into our business account in Australian dollars through your financial institution.
Your order will be shipped to you via EMS. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with an AWB (Airway Bill Number) from EMS which will allow you to track your order during transit.
Please allow two working days from the time your order is received for us to process and package your order ready for dispatch.
It is possible for us to offer a rush service, but there will be an extra fee for this service. However, while we can ship your order 1-2 days earlier, we cannot guarantee that the courier company will be able to deliver your order within a certain time.
At Delicate Elegance, we focus on designing and manufacturing garments & accessories which have proven their success in the christening and baptism marketplace since 1990. We work closely with our long-term clients who have a proven track record of supporting the Delicate Elegance brand when designing our new styles, but we don’t produce special orders for individual clients.
We will email you to let you know that your order has been collected by EMS and is on its way to you, and we will also supply you with an EMS tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress.
Each item will receive a final quality check before it is carefully folded and packaged in groups of 4-5 garments in a clear poly bag and sealed. We supply a clear, 40-micron thick bag – which is more effective than a dry cleaners bag at protecting the garments – with each garment which you can place over each individual garment for its protection. Each item comes with a white plastic hanger which is supplied free of charge. Your complete order will then be packed in a box or a double 100-micron thick, opaque plastic bag, according to which is more appropriate and efficient for your order.
We ensure that each garment is produced to the highest quality, but should you notice any problems with your order relating to the production quality of the garments, please notify us within seven days and Delicate Elegance will replace the affected garments free of charge. You will be asked to send photos of the issue to us so we can verify the problem, and in some cases, we may ask that you return the faulty items to us. As soon as we have verified the problem, we will ship the replacement garments to you.
Yes, we do. Any item which does not meet our high quality standards due to a fault in its production will be replaced free of charge by Delicate Elegance. In order to respond to your problem as quickly as possible, we will verify the issue via email using photographs. We may also ask you to return the item in order for us to verify the problem if necessary. Once the issue has been verified, we will ship your replacement garments out to you immediately.
